Terms, Conditions, and Policies:

 

 

  • Guests filing out the registration card information are making a full and total commitment to comply/adhere to all of these terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Check out time is by 10 am. Late check outs are subject to a mandatory minimum charge of $100+the room rental charges for the following day.
  • Official check out should be completed by returning key(s) at the front desk.
  • For early morning check out, notify the front desk at the time of check-in.
  • Guests must return keys at the front desk or in drop box and shut the door.
  •  Keys lost or not returned upon check out will incur a minimum mandatory charge of $325+any and all loss of revenue for the Starlight Motel.
  • Do not unplug or reset any outlets including the mode/input on TV as charges will apply. Guests are agreeing to pay for the charges without dispute.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at all times.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted since all our rooms are non smoking and will incur a mandatory minimum charge of $300.
  • Guests traveling with pet(s) or service dogs must inform us at the time of reservation. This will ensure your availability as there are only limited pet friendly rooms. Thus, it is critical to declare your pet(s) including service dog when reserving or we will not be able to accommodate you with your animals.
  • Not notifying and registering your pet or service animal will incur a mandatory minimum charge of $300+ any and all loss of revenue.
  • Reservations are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged for the first night.
  • Notify us about late check-in after 10 pm. If not notified, your reservation will be marked as a “no show.” You will be charged the full amount and your room may no longer be available for your occupancy.
  • Guests are responsible for any and all damages accidental or otherwise (intentional or unintentional) and will be charged for replacement/clean up.
  • Amenities provided are for use in the room only. Removing any items will be considered as theft. Guest are fully responsible and must pay for these loss.
  • Kindly inform us if anything is not working or needs repairs. Please do not attempt to fix it yourself without notifying. You will be responsible for costs.
  • Park your vehicle only in the spot allocated for your room. If you have more than one vehicle, notify us so we can suggest appropriate spot if available.
  • Unjustified credit card disputes/charge backs will incur a fee of $55.
